Ursula Hair Design’s mission over the last 20 years has been very simple: Beauty for our clients.

Ursula Hair Design in beautiful Northfield, Illinois boasts a highly trained and skilled staff, who provide superior service which is both personal and professional.  All designers are members of the Chicago Cosmetology Association, providing continuous education throughout the year.   The skill of Ursula’s team of hairdressers meets the true needs of her demanding clientele.   Ursula and the salon have been featured in Salon Magazine.

Clients are able to relax in our modern beauty facility and enjoy services such as hair-styling, color treatments, as well as a menu of specialty services including corrective hair color, highlights and multi-color services, manicures, pedicures, facials, or a special event coiffure.  Ursula and her very experienced staff also specialize in hair-styling and grooming for men and children.

Ursula Andreasen has been on the North Shore for many years. She was initially trained in Germany and has been a leader in the beauty industry all her life.  Ursula has won numerous awards for her skill, leadership and knowledge of beauty and hair.

Ursula is a certified trainer and a volunteer in the Look Good/Feel Better program relating to hair loss for women fighting cancer.
